Island Aviation to publicize its annual report later this month

Island Aviation Services (IAS) has revealed that company's Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for the end of this month to publicize the annual report for 2011.

Managing Director Abdul Haris said that the audit report was being drafted for the AGM scheduled for the last week of the current month with the recently appointed board of the IAS.

“We are trying to hold the AGM with the new board by the end of the month. The preparations are currently underway,” Haris said.

In addition to domestic flights IAS who also operates flight to India’s Trivandrum has been publicizing its annual reports since 2009.

IAS currently operates two 37 seat and three 50 seats aircrafts in its aviation operations.
