MNDF and Airports secure basketball semi-finals

MNDF thrashed Island Aviation 77-37 at the outdoor ground of Sports Complex. Mohamed Mahdhy clinched the Man of the Match title after scoring 27 points for MNDF.
Airports Company beat Ministry of Human Resources, Youth and Sports 85-62 and Mohamed Huvailid took home the Man of the Match award with 20 points for Airports.
While Airports Company won all of its matches to confirm the group’s top position with six points, MNDF followed with five points. Youth Ministry became the third team with four points and Island Aviation lost all the matches.
Airports Company will play against number one team of group two in the first semi-finals tomorrow while MNDF takes on the second team of group two on Thursday.
The finals are scheduled for Saturday.
