Known for typically speaking out on navy challenges, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday strike out at the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance federal government at the centre on the face-off with China in Ladakh.
Addressing a news briefing, the chief minister explained, “We have won the earlier wars of 1948, ’65, ’71 and ’99. And now it is their switch to react to Chinese incursion,” the Chief Minister said.

The chief minister reported that the PM-CARES Fund, set up to fortify India’s combat versus coronavirus, obtained donations from some Chinese firms.
